Yesterday we visited Ampyx Power, a highly innovative start-up where about 50 highly motivated employees are working on the development of a new way of generating electricity using a (glider) plane, a generator and a winch/rope.
The company has currently finished its first real flying prototype and will be testing it in the coming period in order to be able to present the first show models on the way to the next, much larger model.
At the moment, a transition is taking place from start-up to scale-up with all the challenges that this entails. It was great to be able to take a look in their kitchen, very inspiring!
